If you're looking for a bluetooth adapter for your car's audio jack, I'd get one that is powered by your cigarette lighter so you don't gotta worry about charging another device or the battery eventually dying. Such a device should also add a USB charging port so you can still charge your phone too. I got such an adapter, Amazon Basics brand, years ago and it's worked great.

It's called an audio jack/auxiliary jack and most older cars that don't have bluetooth have it.

LOL, My car doesn't even have an audio Jack. I use a Bluetooth to Radio plugged into the lighter slot.
