Bought for $299 a few weeks ago. Installed over the weekend, random disconnects with my Apple devices. Phone, MacBook, Apple TV, etc. Quick google shows it's a known issue and gets better/worse depending on firmware. Screw that. Sending this crap back.

I still can't get the promotional credit. I have emails sating I am eligible after trade in... but its not working.. have been on the phone with amazon 4 times and they still can't get it to work... freaking ridiculous.

Same. I signed up and it says it will be added to your discount at checkout. This is the third year in a row I've done this but it's not working. I called and they can't fix it. I also tried every eero and the discount won't apply to any of them so I'm not sure what "eligible eero" they are referring to. So don't mail in anything unless you see the product discounted at check out.

Today's discussion they said its only eligible for the items that I traded in... i had to say BS to them. They also had me read the terms and conditions to them... and no resolution.

Amazon customer service has gone to $hit

Yeah, that makes no sense. Same. They terms say nothing but you get 25% on Amazon devices including eero.
