I bought this last year, and the motor locked up this year when I tried to run it. Oil was never low either.

I'm not sure if I can still return it to Costco and get another one.

I returned mine after over 2 years and they took it back. It only worked like twice.

Is it the motor or pump that locked up? These pumps need priming before starting engine

These Husqvarna pressure washers are garbage. Ignore the Husqvarna name. Husqvarna licensed their name to a low-end Chinese company that makes these. There's nothing Husqvarna about them, and the motors fail quickly, even when properly maintained. Look for pressure washers with Honda motors.

Yup, unless it's made in Sweden, it's not a real husky. These pressure washers use junk, disposable parts.

I've had mine for 3 years but I'm going to return it. Worked great the first 2 years. Then lots of problems when I ran it the first time this spring after not using it for 4 months. Pump leaks water. Rope pull locks up occasionally, so need to release water pressure at trigger. And engine backfires when shutting down. Low quality build that breaks down after 2 years.

I'm surprised Costco still continues to buy and sell this. Wonder if the Costco buyer has some deal going on with the manufacturer. But this pressure washer is no good. I bought this and returned it. If you get this, going to really need to baby it. Drain it, use ethanol free gas... I mean, even that.. probably won't prevent it from having issues.. but at least you can return it with ease back to Costco.
