I bought this when it came out, mainly for my kids to watch it for the first time. The detail on this 4k version is incredible, even if you have seen the film 10 times before you will be impressed at how clear everything is. Just little things like the pattern on Dorthy's dress or how sharp things are. On the negative side it really exposes how old of a film it is in regards to the sets that were built....it becomes fairly obvious during some scenes that it's a stage with backdrops and props. But that doesn't take away from the magic of the film and if anything makes you appreciate the talent on screen.

100% worth $10 if you have a 4k TV & player.

Because you should be happy you're getting a physical copy of a meticulously restored classic for $10. The fact that it doesn't come with a digital copy shouldn't be a deal breaker for anyone. I paid full price when this first released and it came with digital. I would have happily paid less for a copy without a code, had that been an option at the time.
