"I was having issues with my car, so I plugged this AD310 OBD reader in and it helped me."
All bulbs are off which means it's fuse not the bulb. I am trying to figure out which fuse, its model number and location in the car to replace.
But before you replace the fuse, you should do some poking around (or remembering) to figure out what caused the circuit to draw too much power and blow the fuse in the first place. Otherwise you're just going to be burning out your replacement fuses too.
There are also likely some spare fuses in there, just remember to replace them so you don't get stuck in the middle of nowhere without spare fuses!

There's also a free version that allows you to do basic stuff. Don't steal from the developer like an earlier poster suggested.
