This thing has never been sold for 342 dollars. Can catch a sale most anytime at home depot or online. Still not a bad price. I hate the way Amazon uses fake "list" price to indicate a discount.

And I don't think Amazon itself is an authorized retailer for Milwaukee either. I would be worried about warranty repair with Milwaukee.

Amazon is not a authorized dealer I can tell you this for a fact since I work in the hardware section at home Depot and deal with this all the time these are considered gray market and the quality usually is hit and miss selling it this cheap below cost generally means you're getting a refurbished or used battery that's been repackaged and sold is new

Good price if I needed one asap, I don't trust amazon though...most videos of fake milwaukee batteries I've seen are sold from amazon. check out the tutorials on how to tell if it's a really good fake and be ready to return if it is, I guess

Milwaukee doesn't require a receipt...they can go by serial # for warranty repairs...
