This is a good deal. I had to buy one 3 weeks ago for 249. This just saved me $40.

Is this better than Honeywell T9 or T10?

I've got two nest thermostats. nothing really wrong with them, but i've wanted something that will integrate a little nicer with my smart home stuff (hubitat and z-wave).

Anyone been in the same issue as me? Gotta get 2 of them, so would be a $400 upgrade, kinda steep since i think i got the nest's for $90 ea a few BF ago from Bloomindales.

Make sure you check your energy provider's website if you're interested in one of these. Mine has the Enhanced for $120 and the Premium (this one) for $170, and I've seen other utility sites that have them even cheaper.

Also, if you will need 2 Smart Sensors and can forego the air quality detection, it is usually slightly cheaper to get the Enhanced + 2 Smart Sensors over the Premium. Ecobee only sells sensors in a 2 pack for some reason...

Check your local power company, they may offer a one time purchase of these for even cheaper.

I switched to ecobee from nest for the smart home integration. I don't use the integration at all now. You can set a schedule and adjust temperature remotely with both so the home assistant integration just provides temperature readings in my dashboard

The non premium is available from Amazon warehouse for 160 and 20% off. Like new condition. I just picked up 5 for my zone radiant system.

I have a trane z-wave thermostat at my home connected with z-wave nexia hub. Any way I can find out if this will be compatible with my house without having to touch my current thermostat?

You could consider getting this one and one of the lite versions (~$70 cheaper). I have 3 of the lite ones in my house and don't really miss the voice assistant functionality.

Can you explain this? You have 5 zone radiant so you have 5 ecobees? I thought most homes have 2 radiant zones, upstairs and downstairs?

I just switched from 3 Nest Gen 2 to 3 Ecobee Premium's (v6). I like it so far, I did get pretty good deals on FB marketplace and I never buy anything from there. Check with your energy provider for instant rebates. My town has a coop so I can't get any. Gas company does give rebate that I need to submit.

I just bought 2 of these in the last 2 weeks on Amazon because one of our Nest gave out. Does Amazon price match?

Edit: I chatted with Amazon and they refunded almost the whole difference. I only cared because both where within the return window, so I could have ordered new ones and returned for the full discount, but it felt wasteful to ship them back and forth.
