A high majority cannot lift even their own weight and the people who can prob are going to a nice gym or have a nice me bench already. So anyone under 300lbs is more than likely ok to buy this

keep in mind if you are new to buying benches, the capacity is not just for dumbells, or plates you will be lifting on this but you do need to add your own weight as well.

Yeah, this should be satisfactory for most people into casual fitness. Anyone wanting to do more will go with more reputable brands.

I already have Rep's Blackwing AB but lol at this price, I'm looking at this just to have something portable to toss around outside during the warmer months, with some DBs and a squat stand for accessory work that are not part of my main lifts.

Both models look pretty janky and light, but if you still want one, I'd definitely just go for the 800lb one since it'll be made with more metal.
