Only thing I can see is no air quality sensor?
Did some research.
Some of the key differences include the added air quality sensor, the zinc thermostat body, the redesigned touchscreen and the radar sensor, which Ecobee says is better than the passive infrared sensor built into the previous version.
I think this is the older version, but otherwise the only difference I see between this and the enhanced version is the screen size 3.5" vs 4". Maybe the radar detection vs ir too
Anyone know the model number on this unit? Amazon has the "5th" gen for $142. Stacked with my utility rebates it's like $60 for me.

I have this model, I like better than the Nest thermostat I was using previously.I keep meaning to buy more sensors. I have it hooked up to a air to air heat pump (forced air handler).

Great find! I added the Amazon link to the description
I am using a previous gen with no air quality sensor. Such a device is a must if you have two floors but one AC unit. The app is very nice and easy to control.
A minor complaint: The mic on my unit is so sensitive that it captures commands from the second floor. I needed to disable it so that I could use other Alexa devices.
For everyone looking to get discounts from your utilities, make sure to read the fine print. In order to receive the discount here in AZ you must enroll in the power utilities bring your own device program which allows them to adjust your temperature during specific hours.
I am aware that is not the case in all cities but it is something everyone should be aware of.
Which one should I buy?
This for $75 with utility rebate OR newer enhanced model for $130 directly from utilities?
I went with the newer model. Its in a good spot in our family room where we actually dont have an Alexa. The speaker is supposed to be way better in the 5th gen. Good review here :
