WARNING FOR TRADE-INS
If you do a trade in, take pictures of your tablet. I did the Whole Foods trade-in thing with 2 tablets. Both were working and no scratches or cracks. After trading in, the worker said that I have to wait for the email confirmation. After getting home, Amazon dropped my trade-in value by 75% because "the screen was cracked" which is complete BS! When I went back to Whole Foods, the worker said that she couldn't do anything and that I had to contact Amazon.
