This is a new Switch, the Airpods Max are 'factory reconditioned'. The title is organized a bit confusingly.

I have a steam deck and not all switch games emulate well. Scarlet/Violet recently began to run a bit better with Yuzu updates but it still has game breaking bugs like the game not advancing through the pokemon evolution cutscene. Some Mario games being graphically unplayable. Paying a premium for the switch ecosystem is worth it for a frustrating-free experience

Probably more powerful (rumors say near PS4 level if not maybe a shade lower). Most likely second half of 2024.

Switch was arguably a little outdated spec wise the day it came out. It is hilariously outdated now.
