This is a new Switch, the Airpods Max are 'factory reconditioned'. The title is organized a bit confusingly.

I have a steam deck and not all switch games emulate well. Scarlet/Violet recently began to run a bit better with Yuzu updates but it still has game breaking bugs like the game not advancing through the pokemon evolution cutscene. Some Mario games being graphically unplayable. Paying a premium for the switch ecosystem is worth it for a frustrating-free experience

It does support 5G, but Japanese consoles have banned/restrict certain channels. It's only a matter of changing your wifi channel on your router.
