Bought this about 10 months ago. Awful website and non-existent customer support. Could not even update firmware which renders it useless with more modern cars.

I would avoid if I knew then what I know now. Don't take my word though, go to their website and have a look around. Try to download some of the firmware from some of the devices. The firmware I downloaded for this one was corrupted. The firmware I downloaded for a more basic version downloaded OK but the unit would not take it. Rather than throw them out I put them up in the closet as a reminder "DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND".

Code did not work for me to get it to 55. As for the website from the previous poster did you go to the .us site or .com for foxwelltech. Looks like downloads are listed on .us.
