yeaa lil bit of funky business going on there, also noted in the previous SD post. Seems to float around 45$ on average so still saving a few off true list

Good deal though. This appears to be the best price in amazon history. Tempted, but as much as I like Knipex tools.. I don't think I have a need for this, and they're not really meant for cutting hardened padlock hasps - more for steel wire and the like.

For sure. 8" is nice, but would rather the 10" for the Torque.

I was wondering if that was an additional 7% or just a bump up to 7% (from the 6% they're offering today for chase prime cards). I took that option on another item but not on these - took the middle option to 'consolidate' multiple separate orders for delivery the same day
Yes, knipex has a lifetime warranty.
I have a pair of these and love them. They aren't made for cutting padlocks, but the size of stuff and the ease that they can cut it with is pretty amazing.
This is the best price you'll likely find on these any time soon. I've owned a pair for three years and recommend them for compact, general-purpose utility use. I also have a 24" pair that comes out on rare occasion; these are the ones that handle 95% of my rural homesteading tasks.
