These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Been hiking with them for a couple of years noww. Got some holes in the mesh on one shoe, but otherwise they've held up great with plenty of tread still.

I concur. The reason I looked these up today is because these are my default hiking shoes and my existing pair is finally wearing down. I do a min of 8 miles of southern California hiking a week. They hold up SO WELL compared to many other hiking sneakers I have tried.
Go figure some stupid California rule prevents this from being able to be shipped here. I wonder how much a drop-shipping service would charge to get around that.
Can these be used for Hiking or only Trail running? I have mid-hiking boots from Merell that I use for harder hikes. Planning to get this for small to medium hikes.

You can use them for whatever you want, they're great for hiking
I just got the waterproof goretex variant for $75… I can't stop buying the last few days. A few sizes qualify 10.5 being one of them: Brooks Men's Cascadia 16 GTX Waterproof Trail Running Shoe https://a.co/d/4DPNBP9

Trail runners as hiking shoes has become very common these days. In particular with backpacking, where weight is crucial.
Cascadias are great for hiking, and are more rugged than some of the lighter "road to trail" trail running shoes. They also don't have a really pronounced rocker like some trail runners - those rockers can be nice for running, but imo feel odd when walking.
I also expect we'll see more sales on these Cascadia 16s, since the 17 just recently came out.

The price here is just good, not great. Got two pairs from REI for $65 in 3/23 and 7/22.
