Additional discounts with email sign up and also with discount code. No mention of warranty. 🤔

Yes.... But
I would go for a cheaper, better brand. 5kw is a lot of power to be backing up a sump pump. But my electric grid is 99% for the last few years.

Also. You'll want to keep it high enough so if the pump fails or the unit fails, it doesn't get wet.

Says 2 years in their website, being so new I'm not sure if I trust it.

That's an insane amount of power. I think that's the biggest all in one unit I have seen, certainly nothing comparable in this price range. Jeeze.

Are these units safe to charge inside a home all the time ? Thinking of using it for my homelab to supply power. We get outages in winter. I use regular ups's but they only last so long.

Seems like a high quality unit. In the video linked below, the guy does a teardown. This deal is so tempting. It pretty much does everything I'd want in a backup solution in case of temporary power outage.

IT says UPS 1400 watts but rating is 2200 watts. How does that work ? I don't understand the difference. Does it have a separate UPS outlet?

Also, while on regular usage with wallpower and solar hooked up , does it prioritize solar ? Or is that just for charging ? So many questions.
I think we're going to see a lot of more of these devices in the coming years.

for reference, a testla powerwall is 13.5kWh. This one is 38% capacity at about 1/5th the cost

I believe it's AC Output: 2200W Rated, 4000W Surge,
and DC 1400 W

Sorry if this seems like a "no sh!t Sherlock" reply on my part, but my guess is that if you are consuming more than 1400 watts when the power is cut off, that the UPS function would not work. It would likely just shut off and stay off until you restart it.
Once restarted, you could go up to 2200 watts. In other words, UPS works but has limited functionality.
This is complete speculation on my part and I could be totally wrong. Just my interpretation.

This would qualify for a tax rebate right?

That is a great question.
This is all I could find. Would be nice if someone could confirm whether we even need to purchase solar panels to qualify.
