Yup & yup. They loose pack these in a single bubble wrap bag so they bounce around and 3 or 4 of them will shatter. The automated customer service chatbot basically auto refunds the purchase no questions asked.

My only advice would be, if you feel like attempting this purchase, MAKE SURE YOU ARENT GETTING OTHER ITEMS DELIVERED THE SAME DAY. They will bundle them together.

@OP - I think your math's wrong on those last 3 8-packs, you divided by 6 instead of 8 to get the unit price Wink

I wish they would just sell the fruit without the sweetener. All these jams / preserves are too sweet for me.

I've had the same thing. They'll refund the whole 6 pack or resend and do the same if anything is ruined inside.
