I asked about this today, was told anything you buy under $10 would get the coupon, it's not just limited to 1 item. You could even buy 10 of something and it would still apply.

Can someone explain the purpose of the gold ratchet to me? It looks like it's the same thing as the cheaper options, just in gold. Does it actually do anything better or is it just to brag that you had extra money to blow on a Harbor Freight tool?

HF does have a warranty, about 17 years ago got 300pc set and last year 1/2 ratcher forward reverse lever broke off. walked with it and was told to get a similar ratchet.
