Also fyi, even if says Xbox gift card. They way Xbox gift cards works is you redeem it at https://www.microsoft.com/redeem and it can be used on even Microsoft store. So, it's like $25 Microsoft gift card.

I think its just the activation page. You can't use same email to activate the code to get the Xbox gift card.

it seems to apply beyond the email as I tried registering a code and it was invalidated even though the email and name had never been used
