If you're already subscribed to ultimate it looks like these will each convert to 50 days, so a year will cost about $50 going this route

12 codes convert to 600 days/1.64 years. If you don't have a subscription and put in gold codes first and then convert to Gamepass Ultimate with a 1 month code, it converts to 2 years of Gamepass Ultimate, so only slightly better. While it's not as crazy as the loophole before, it's pretty nuts getting a $17/month service for ~$5/month using this method.

Got an email saying gamepass is going up to 16.99. Going to stock up on deals like this while I can, before the rush. Worked for me. 2 codes were $15.07 after taxes and fees and what not and promo code.

Yeah they recently changed the conversion rate, you get less from converting gold.
I use deals like this to add a few months on now and then, and not worry about it. Works well for me. I try and keep it above a year paid.

Definitely still much cheaper than actually paying for ultimate, although I still have 2.5 years left so might grab a few just to top it off

Make sure to sign up for auto billing and then cancel it before you put in the next code to get an extra month free for each code.

Edit: Nevermind. It let me do this last year, but it didn't give me the option when I entered these codes.

So good to see these still convert to 50 days of Gamepass Ultimate after the recent price hike and ending the Gold upgrade loophole. I bought 4 a couple months ago and just did 4 more to extend to 2025. I think I'll get 5 more to take me to 2026, just wanted to confirm it was still working first.

Be very careful about buying these cards just to convert them into Gamepass Ultimate as Microsoft has now nerfed the conversion trick. Now it's a 3:2 conversion ratio so you get 2 years of Gamepass instead of 3 years with 36 months of Live Gold which is basically a 50-100% price increase depending on how much you get Live Gold cards for.

Is this true for first time subs also? Or can I load a ton of gold, pay the dollar and get it like the old days. Never actually subed
