The fabric is treated with some sort of antimicrobial agent so it inhibits bacterial growth, especially before mixing with sweat and oils which then create odor.

The white set sold out within minutes after I posted the deal, because I was also considering buying and when I went back to buy it was already OOS. Next time I guess I should buy before I post!

I'm surprised the blue set is still available.
