I guess the main downside of this is unknown panel time/condition. Seems like a decent deal if its worth the dice roll.

The listing says a two year warranty is included, takes you to an AllState page when clicking on the info panel

I wonder if the LG factory 5 year warranty is applicable for Refurbished panels.

Don't think it is- here's a guy who after hearing it both ways checked a couple refurb serials and didn't see any applicable warranty.

LG has honored the warranty all the time, guessing this guy had grey market tvs.....


Call LG directly and confirm vs trusting random people on interwebs.

Also call buy dig, they are one of the most reputable LG dealers around...

Panel time...well, this product has only been available for about 2 months in stock so probably not much panel time

The thing about LG's OLED warranties is it applies to the original purchaser and doesn't transfer. To me, that would negate refurbs from qualifying.

Does LG track warranty status by serial number and not require a receipt (imagine not given you have to buy from an authorized seller and probably have to show proof you have done so).
