I had a foot pump once. Never again. It moved all over the ground with every pump of my foot. Buy a decent hand pump and spare yourself the frustration. The air gauges on these are highly inaccurate.

Would not recommend, mine broke after 1 use, the pressure gauge came off and was unable to screw it back on. It became useless because cause was leaking through the hole where the pressure gauge was

Foot pumps are always annoying. The full size upright/two hands kind of manual pumps and cordless power inflators are the best.

Decent price but design looks awful. Reviews are scathing if you click through ones where people bother to upload a picture. Almost every picture in the gallery is of a broken item with different fail points.

I have a cheap unbranded foot pump I keep in my car. One of my biggest issues using mine, even with rubber on the bottom is moving around while I try to pump and I can see this both moving around and tipping over even on a flat surface. Id do some comparison shopping and check out designs pulling the trigger.

Something with a dual barrel design and frame like this one has https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085WP2T3Y (not endorsing this brand, just the style). I bought a similar one and it's been working for over 5 years. I use it to top up my car tires all the time.

nothing can beat a cheap hand pump. these are getting more complicated and difficult to use.

the "confusion free" design is confusing like hell. we are so used to the old flipper. up is open. down is air locked and is ready to pump. they are doing the opposite.

Got this last month from a previous FP deal for $12.55. It's a great deal at $12.55. No brainer at $10.05, especially if you're in the market. Picking up another one for a friend. Thanks OP!

Dang I bought this for $12ish on the last deal. Only used it once but it worked well.

Was nice not having to crouch down to hand pump.

I stared at that for way too long trying to figure it out. laugh out loud I love that they market it as a feature.

I agree with you for the most part. Hand pumps are faster and generally better built/longer lasting.

I'm not totally against foot pumps though. I actually bought a foot pump when I had some bad carpal tunnel issues and now I have a shoulder issue that flares up at times. It also came in handy in my garage letting me pump in a space where I could stand and foot pump but wouldn't have been able to bend to pump. Another time someone let the air out of my tires when I had it parallel parked and I was able to pump while being really close to the car and keeping my eyes on the traffic. I also didn't want a loud electric one.

If anyone is curious here's the model I've been using for 5 years. My aunt bought one 2-3 years ago and hers is still working too. My only issue is I have to screw the air hose in again every so often but that's very simple. I've used it out in the cold and snow too. Reviews seem mixed and it's definitely slower than a hand pump but I do like it and keep it in my car at all times (fits nicely in tire well).

Every time this type of pump goes on sale, the same people come on to say how terrible it is.

This particular one has a great design to stabilize the base and keep it from moving. I have a similar pump that does not have the stabilizer on the bottom. I'm 6'3 275 lbs and use mine weekly for the past three years. It works great and love not having to bend over to pump up my bike tires. This is a great price for a better design than what I have. I'll likely jump on it as a backup b/c of the great price, just in case the threadcrappers are eventually right about mine failing. Nice find OP!

The one you posted has 4 starts and is 2.5 times more expensive.

The one the OP posted has 4.5 stara and is $10. Same design that I have and has lasted me three years with weekly use. An educated consumer is our best customer.

Why do you need to pump your bike tires weekly? You might want to replace those tires lol

I'm not saying mine is amazing. The style is certainly much better though which is the point.

What is amazing is that you don't recognize these two foot pumps aren't similar at all then patronize me about being an educated consumer. Yours is the most useless post I've read all month. vomit
