I can confirm mine (from Costco) comes with the hooks

I can confirm mine did not. It came with the list in the post you quoted. One can also see in that link that there're only 2 attachments for the mixer: easy glide beaters and wisk.

Awesome if yours came with the chopper and the dough hooks, but I suspect yours didn't come with the chopper and is the same as the mixer in the OP. That's a great option too and I'm happy you have the dough hooks. For me, I prefer the chopper over the dough hooks, but it's totally dependent on what one cooks and bakes.
