I grabbed a can figuring it would probably be close to expiration anyhow as it's so cheap and even if it wasn't it takes me like a month to go through a can so....

Storing coffee in the freezer keeps it fresh indefinitely. Works well for me, since I tend to stock up when a super good price comes along.
