Been with cricket for the past 6 years or so. I was on the grandfathered plan 5/$100 without 5G and they forced everyone off that plan.
Currently have the 5/$125 unlimited plan (taxes and fees included) Have no issue with calls but data sucks! Unless you are very close to a tower with at least 4 bars, good luck!

Thinking about switching to soon.
Same thing happened to me. What service do you think you will jump to?

Honestly, I'm thinking about Verizon. I've heard good things about them and I'm tired of hearing my wife's complaining about how cricket service sucks. Work covers $85 dollars for my phone so I might give Verizon a shot.

It depends on the location, we tried AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T get better coverage in our area. Try Visibile they offered $25 unlimited plan.
Cricket Wireless is overpriced, RedPocket or Boost mobile are better alternative.
I keep hearing there's no customer service with boost if needed, Red pocket is great with free roaming in Mexico and Canada and free calling
Anyone can share their feedback on boost,
I am with T-mobile for 15+ years. They cheated $800+ me on phone purchase.
Don't feel good about T-mobile anymore. They changed.
Idk how that happened, but it's one of the big 3. You really only have the 3 choices - TMobile, ATT, Verizon. The best choice of the 3 is only dependent on what service is best in your area.
Metro is actually pretty nice because they offer phones for super cheap or even free. Not $800/$1000 premium devices, but $350/$400 phone for $50 is good deal. They are locked to Metro for 6 months, but that's still short.

Boost has been ok. THey did have a meltdown this past Jan. when they were hacked, but all good now. I have a second line with them. No complaints. Cricket works well all over Mexico with 5G in many cities there. Boost also advertises a Mexico plan too. For me, the worst c/s I experienced is Metro.
