Model #RV2502AE

Lists for $189 - $19 (10% off for prime members through the woot app) = $170

The Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum combines powerful vacuuming with Matrix Clean Navigation, leaving no spots missed for an ultra whole-home clean. Features include: Shark's powerful suction power, Matrix Clean Navigation for a deeper clean, Precision Home Mapping for an ultra-precise cleaning and object avoidance, CleanEdge Technology for better edge cleaning, and a HEPA 60-day capacity self-empty base that'll keep allergens locked in the dust bin with every clean.

The last few deals were for a similar model with a smaller auto-empty bin (30 days vs 60 days) was for $299 new. This seems like a great deal despite it being refurbished given the reviews.

Of course I just bought it at the $189 price a day ago. It didn't ship until July 28, but I can't cancel the order either. It's a good deal but Woot is a terrible vendor to deal with in these situations.

The product is straight trash though. Just don't do it. I've been through multiple units (warranty claims). Their customer service stands behind the units but wants $28 each time they send you a new one (there will be a need for frequent calls to customer service). It has a ton of great features. But there is a reason it's this cheap. I love shark ninja, but the product isn't worth messing with.

I bought this because I have 3 dogs (2 are huskies) and a cat. Pet hair constantly gets stuck every time I run it and I have to clean the brushes. I have hardwood floors too. It's more of a hassle than just using my vacuum.

Oh no! I bought it for this specific reason too! I'm going to be super disappointed if I have to constantly remove blockages every run.

I have to do this 5 times a day on a non self emptying shark IQ. I was hoping I don't have to do this anymore.

Have you found a better robot vacuum, with the self-emptying feature that can deal with pet hair properly?

No, I had a iRobot that wasn't self empty so I had to empty it 4 times in one run. However this seems like it holds more so there's one positive. The problem in my situation is my huskies leave globs of hair throughout the house from shedding their coats. Maybe I just need to run it more often.

Haha. I have a husky problem too! My husky's hair gets stuck in the rollers every run!

I sent a message to customer service and they sent me a $19 refund just now. Didn't expect that.

Just an FYI, I bought this the first time, it did not have the 'clean edge technology" where it blows air at the perimeter of the room. Ya know, where the pet hair gathers when you put a ceing fan on. So i returned it. Other than that it should new signs of use. and seemed to work fine.

First one wouldn't map ( 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service before they sent out a new one) , second one - vac base failed, cs sent out a new vac base for $28, third one battery failed - another $28, fourth one jams on the smallest about of dog hair or smallest objects, I'd have to clear it daily, then if forgot the map & wouldn't remap. Just easier to manually vac.

I just bought a Roborock Revo Q on prime day. Hopefully it will be much better. I've had older iRobots & an original Xiaomi vac. That thing was a beast & would run circles around this thing. So I feel like I know what I'm talking about when it comes to these things. I rarely write on here but I really don't want anyone to make the same mistake I made. I really wanted to like this thing. I'm a fan of every shark / ninja product I own. But this thing is straight trash. There is a reason it's priced so low & it's still overpriced.

Thanks for the info! I've been looking at the q revo as well. Let us know how that works out for you.

I have a 100lb lab that sheds like CRAZY. We bought the new white version from Amazon for 300 and LOVE IT. We have not had ANY problems with hair getting jammed and the self empty is cleaning it out amazingly
