Wow that's a good lightweight laptop. 16 GB RAM, backlit keyboard, microSD reader, and one TB Gen 4 port? Surprised 14" can even do 2.1 lbs.

Do you think it'll be fine for a 7yo doing virtual school? Typically she's on zoom calls with video and an Edge browser going during school.

Yes, 720p HD Webcam with IR.
I wrote it in the description but the mods left it out in their edit.

They even left out the brightness of the display which I mentioned, and that is one of its main selling points.

Thank you for the confirmation. I ordered it.

I've been looking for something to replace our aged Lenovo t470p that's on its last leg. Should be a nice ultra light improvement

Damn. I bought one of these for $430 last winter and it's awesome. Easily upgraded to 32 gb memory and added an extra 1 TB SSD. It's insanely light. I have no problem with the 11th gen processor, it's very quick for all of my usages. The screen is excellent. I'm considering buying another because my wife stole mine...

I think this is a very good laptop (in terms of price + configuration) for everything except gaming: if you do stocks, you can plug 2 4k 32" monitors to it (hdmi 2.0b and thunderbolt 4); if you do programming, add 1 more 16GB memory stick + 1 or 2 4k monitors; if you just watch youtube & emails, you're ready to go.

I watched the Mobiletech review and was confused about the PCIE slots. There are two, but did she say the one is being used by the Wifi chip? So pretty much stuck with one internal SSD?

so tempting at 2.1 lbs and almost pulled the trigger. FYI, amazon also sells the same one for $399. Reviewer says battery lasts about 6 hrs.
