[Skil Model #CB7368A-20]
I love Skil's 12v line of tools. It's not as extensive as Milwaukee's M12 line, but it's much easier on the wallet and much more ergonomic (imho). I also prefer Skil's sled type batteries over the M12 post type batteries.
These are not Skil's latest models, but if you can live without the fancy charger w/ PWR Jump, PWR Assist…this pretty much does 95% of what the newer models can do for half the price. Great bang for your buck. Also note that when I have to do a quick assembly, install or repair, I tend to reach for my 12 volt tools over my 18v/20v/24v tools.

- The impact driver is the tool that I use the most - for a few reasons. Firstly, it is extremely compact and light, and Secondly, being brushless it is plenty powerful even with a 12v battery. If you have been using a drill, moving to an impact driver feels transformational. No more stripped heads etc.. The quick release on the driver is pretty handy too. It has a high-low speed setting that makes it versatile enough.
- The multi-tool and drill are pretty compact and lightweight as well.
- The batteries have a USB port - so I often use the battery as a power bank and it can charge the iphone to 100% several times over.
- The light and speaker and handy add ons and the sound quality is decent enough. I keep the light in my car as an emergency light.
- Bought it for $99 in Jan 2022. Still working just fine and incredible value.

I'm with you on 12v but I'm Milwaukee 12v. It's amazing the power they can pop into these things nowadays.
