I did not see any brand new 3080s at that price. If you have any references that is that range, I would love to get some resources.

Not everybody wants the 40 series and everyone's use case is different.
I specifically want a 30 series for gaming and apps.
So this product may not be for everyone.

For an out of box gaming, as I mentioned its a decent gaming build.

3080 is discontinued the replacement is RTX 4070 12GB with Frame Generation and DLSS 3.0 for $599 that makes 3080 10GB $400-$500 value

I understand . I get you on the new 40 series. I am m not disputing the worth GPU.

I'm interested in a new PC build but specifically looking for a 3080 over the 40 series.
I don't want a used PC and am comfortable building a PC,

I'm mainly going to use the 3080 for Machine Learning, and it appears the 3080 does this better than the 40 series GPUs. And it seems for example the 4070 Ti 12GB has 7680 Cuda cores and 3080 12GB has 8960 cuda cores, finally 3080 10GB has 8704 cuda cores.

Which is why i like the 3080 10GB as it's a sweet spot for performance and price.

As mentioned, everybody has a different use case and budget;

I'm more than open to your suggestions on brand new 3080 10GB , as i've seen so far its over 600+ only for this specific GPU.

I would love to build a new PC if I can find those GPUs at your price.
