Just my two cents, but asus prebuilts are a nightmare. They don't use any of their own nicer pc components that you know from custom pc builds, they manufacture specific cut down graphics cards and mobos for them. They also put in terrible cooling (80mm fans/stock cpu cooler) and often use a single ram stick (instead of dual channel). You get what looks like a decent specd PC for the price but the components are super cheap and you won't get the expected performance out of these parts.
It's an okay price for the specs but just know before you take the plunge that there is no upgrade path, and it will underperform unless you buy new fans and a new cpu cooler.
I agree with the comments saying this is not a good deal. This one feels like a 900$ ish meh Desktop.
FOR EXAMPLE, this deal I linked below (EXPIRED) was up a few days ago and it was Great it was up for basically the entire day too. meaning there was either lots of inventory or people weren't as interested even with this price point.
The deal I posted was $850 with a 11700K and 10GB 3080. This should be at most $1,000, maybe $1,100. You can practically build a system with a12700KF Newegg bundle for $350.

I agree with most of your statements, it depends on the model, I have a similar version and it came with a strix matx motherboard but with non retail bios. The graphic card was a Asus TUF that is the retail version. The cooling does suck, and this not a good deal. I paid, $950 for 11700kf, 10gb 3080. I spent another $150 to move everything to a different case and cooler.

This is a fantastic deal for someone just trying to get an entry to mid-level gaming machine at affordable price without the hassle of building.

There are a lot of people in here with plenty of "feelings" on why this isn't a good price, but not too many thoughts though 😉.
