But it looks like to have 7c gen1 vpu instead of 7c gen2.
I would guess you mean warzone mobile? If so, the Duet 5 meets minimum system requirements, i.e. Adreno 600.
If you instead mean the MW2 Warzone, you wouldnt even be able to install it.
I think this should do fine for what you are needing. Few thoughts. If ipad works fine but just needs more memory for documents then could consider just storing files online such as your OneDrive or get a lightning memory expansion to plug into your lightening port. It will be a learning curve with a new device, not everybody has a seamless transition to, Chromebook. Microsoft Office online works pretty well IMHO and I don't see why it wouldn't save edits on your OneDrive. Most but not all android apps work on Chromebook. Most of the productivity stuff should be ok or have a ChromeBook version. Games don't often translate well to larger horizontal screens. A 32 GB ipad is pretty old, I would imagine battery life is no longer stellar, even if you could overcome storage limitations might be worth it to unvest in a new device.

get ipad 9 with 64gb? its 250 often because it will hold its value longer??
1. media consumption mostly at home with WiFi coverage. I think any tablet including ones running chromeOS can do this.
2. reading pdf and light editing documents outside of home sometimes with no WiFi coverage. With an iPad or laptop, my minor edits are buffered and pushed to OneDrive once I have WiFi coverage.
3. optional feature with taking a few notes occasionally with a stylus and OneNote
So with a chromebook or tablet, I imagine that the web-based office 365 will not run at all without a constant internet connection, correct? What apps can run on chromeOS without WiFi? Has anyone tried MS office apps on chromeOS?
I imagine chromeOS is not designed for primarily touch interaction so maybe not great for note taking on OneNote?
I've read that cameras on chromebooks etc are not great resolution but I only see myself using cameras for zoom etc. instead of taking photos. I have a phone for that.
Is this any better of a tablet for entertainment/light gaming?

the device looks BRAND NEW otherwise. No a scratch on the metallic surface (or is it plastic) front or back or on the keyboard.
Display is nice, although I wouldn't be able to tell if this is OLED or my Surface 7 device sine both are around 400+ Nits display bright. Maybe if I watch a movie I will notice the deeper black or more vibrant colors.
Performance is not as good as Surface Pro 7, windows do not move as snappy to me but for $185, I will keep it for now and have a usable chrome OS machine. I do plan to cover one of my Dell machines with Chrome OS Flex but this display would be much better than the Dell refurb I would covert with.
