Besides the bad branding, this faucet can't handle hot water (>150F) Things break after a year. I have the same in another unit where the water isn't as hot and it's still good after 5 years.

They need to change the name of their products...unspeakable confusion will result.

Why not create a sub-brand.

At Reading Terminal Market yesterday, I saw a man put his toddler butt on top of a closed vendor's counter.

I guess what the customer's don't know today won't kill them.

The cold water hose leaked in year two. They took two weeks to send a replacement part (to replace all the hoses) but it turned out to be the wrong part. I gave up and replaced the faucet with a new one.

I own this. Installed it myself two months ago after watching a YouTube video or two. Been great so far. Install was easy and it works well. Yes...the name is very, unfortunate.

The funny thing is that Bio Bidet is already a sub-brand of Bemis

Instructions unclear, created a Bio Bidet sandwich brand.

Have had this faucet in place for 4 years now with no issues. Works as well as the day I bought it. Seems to be different from others experience, but I love this faucet.
