It uses a external 40W PSU to charge it up. Max charge power is 40W even with a 100W Solar panel, so it basically takes 8h to charge it from 0-100%. The max output would be 40W for continuous operation / UPS mode without discharging the battery. Being LiFePO4, it has very low self leakage and great cycle life. The fan will come on as needed when in operation.
It's a nice unit for camping, power outages, extended laptop life, etc. It is small and light weight. All the specs are good except the charge rate which is why I think they keep dropping in price to unload them. This a great price for the specs given the proper type of applications.
For someone that has this, what's the voltage input on the external AC charger? ~110 volts only, or is it 110-240 volts? (Yes, I'm aware USB-C PD will also work)
I bought one last time this was on SD. Charged it up and left it in the basement. Just checked and it is still at 100 percent. I know nothing about these batteries, but was pleased to see it still fully charged.

Is it "pass-through"?
Say you have that 100w solar panel, so 40w max to charge the battery, can you use the remaining 60w to power your laptop or something live?
That's cheap. How is this brand? UPS functionality? If so, does the fan come on during ups mode?
I haven't used any power station from Tenergy before but I'm a big fan of their LiPo battery for RC toys. From my personal experience, they are performant, reliable and relatively cheap. I'm going to buy one of this power station given the appealing price.

Your choice will be whether you want to buy the traditional solar panels or the portable ones.
The traditional solar panels tend to be 1/2 the price of the portable ones.
Yall didnt expect existential stuff going down on SD tonight.
I have had this unit for 3 years.
I paid 3x the price when I bought mine.
LOL
Tenergy is noy an unknown brand.
