If you choose the pickup location to the zipcode of the deal and then add the item to your wedding/baby registry then go to said registry, you can then add it from there and ship it to your regular address with the deal price

My local Walmart removed all price scanners from the floor. The app most of the time does not show correctly clearance prices. Associates typically don't change the price tags to reflect the clearance price either. Any way to work around that, without trying to find an associate and bugging him with requests to check prices of dozens of boxes? Thx!

I highly appreciate your response. However I don't see any 'Add to cart' button from the registry. When clicked on the registry entry, regular product popup is opening and when I add the product to cart, I see regular online price only. May be missing an otherwise obvious step. Any hints please ? Thanks

the way I read it: before you add it to your registry you have to change on the product page to do free pickup at store and ensure that is showing hte lower price. Then you add it to you registry so that it sticks at that lower price. After that you can purchase from the registry at the lower price.

key here seems to be knowing which zip code show the lower online price for local pickup. I've tried some random ones and can't find any that work.

Yeah, some more specific instructions are going to be needed. When adding a (pickup) clearance-priced item to the registry, it appears in the registry as the online shipping price, not the clearance pickup price. There is also no option from the registry to purchase the item directly or add it to cart. You can only go to product detail page, where again, once added to cart, it still appears as the online shipping price. There is no indication about how it could be used to ship the item at the pickup clearance price.

this is most definitely not working. i know which sets are clearance by me, and my zip doesn't work, nor does any other i try.
