It looks like multiple Amazon third-party sellers have this product listed for $110 to $120 with free shipping on a regular basis. At Amazon, it has a 3.6 out of 5 rating, based on 41 customer reviews.
Used one of these about 6 years ago for spraying cabinets. It didn't give a professional finish. Part of the problem was the blower motor would heat up and the hot air caused the paint to prematurely dry leaving an orange peel type finish instead of smooth.

Would this work better for staining a deck or fence vs getting something like Graco X5? Deck and fence is small.
Yes, it is convenient for small jobs - quick setup and easy clean up. The bottle only holds a quart of paint, so depending on the job size you might have to refill a couple of times. For larger jobs that use gallons of paint it gets tiresome real quick - and your arm will be aching after a couple of refills from holding it.
The X5 or X7 are better for larger jobs that need use a lot of paint. A bit longer setup and cleanup, but much quicker if you are doing multiple rooms or whole house.
I bought the "HomeRight Finish Max Electric HVLP Paint Sprayer" from Amazon during the prime day deals for $40. It is very similar to this. Currently $60, but goes on sale regularly for $50. Haven't used it yet, plan to paint a couple of cabinets this weekend.

If you're only using it once, just rent a sprayer. If for multiple or large projects, these types of products with the paint attached to the nozzle are rarely seen on construction sites. These things fatigue your wrist and hands rather quickly.
The main advantages to these are low cost and the easily switchable front ends, but be aware that a second front end will cost $95. Lots of people mention problems with sputtering in the reviews, but it's impossible to tell if that's the unit or them not correctly thinning their material.
Bought this last time and haven't used it yet. Even at 2.5x the price I'm thinking I'm better off going with a graco that can attach to a 5 gallon bucket.

I got one the last time it was this price and have used it on a couple small projects, it has worked well. Didn't even have to thin the paint out, had plenty of power. I am happy with it
I also find the case nice to have for it. for bigger jobs you will probably want something else, but for small jobs it works well.
