Just leaving this comment here for the benefit of others - This is the Edge (Mediatek processor) and not the Edge + with the Snapdragon processor.

Call 833-428-1765 for Costco TMobile and you don't even have to go to the store at all. I did this deal on Sunday.

I have an old flip phone which I think the brand is tracfone

When I'm at tmobile.com and do trade in, what brand do I select?
I don't see tracfone, other, generic brand.

This flip phone might not have an imei.

Terms say any phone in any condition. I would assume any phone with an IMEI but reach out to Tforce to confirm

I'm sure any condition means not able to power on too. I'm planning to trade-in dead Visible phone too.
Wait a sec, from T-Mobile website. It states that only adding a new line can use any conditioin trade in device. If you upgrade with trade in, they required trade in an eligible device in good condition? Can anyone confirm this for upgrade?

Tried to do it online and says it require Magenta or Magenta Max plan. I've got Simple Choice, so no go for me.
I am on T-Mobile One (Plus) plan, and I just put in an order to upgrade the device for one of my lines.

Be careful with T-mobile phone orders. I am with T-mobile for past 15+ years and they cheated me $800+.
T-mobile is changed. Stay away.

all cell phones have an imei. I am trading in a broken BLU phone, but I cannot find the model in the list. I just picked any other one and hope for the best; I did enter its imei though.

this phone has a standard nano-sim slot, correct? I don't want that esim junk where they charge you $35 every time you need to switch to another sim.

Can I trade in a phone that's currently on an EIP plan? Got the OnePlus Nord N200 5G on 24 months EIP, 2 months remaining, wondering if i can trade that in.
