Just placed an order via the Costco number. The agent did not take my Costco membership number even though I offered it. Just told me I will get a $75 Costco Card in 90 days. It is true there is no written confirmation anywhere. I hope I will get the $75 Costco Card as I have no intention to use the Moto phone and don't want to pay CA tax of $47.93 for something I have no use. Can anyone confirm calling the hotline will or won't get the $75 Costco card?
Just tell them you are getting the Motorola edge 2022. That's all.

1) I am on simple choice plan but have a business/Corporate account.
2) I did call the Costco Phone and they transferred me to their "Business" side that confirmed that I am eligible for this offer.
3) She was confusing me if I'll get the entire $498 as a 1 time credit for trading a phone or do i need to keep the line for 24 months and they'll divide the $498/24?
4) Wasn't sure about the $75 rebate or waiving the $35 charge until I went further which I did not.

I called 4 times already and got all sorts of stuff that they made up....phones are locked, have to use the new moto phone for 24 months in order to get the credits, etc......
Samsung trade in actually is much easier believe or not!! When Samsung says any phone/tablet/earphone any condition, they meant it and no imei # required and if there's issue with trade in, a simple online chatting could always get it fixed...

this means u get the full $498 promo credit.
otherwise u will end up paying monthly if u get $50 or $100 for your trade-in.
