Anyone able to confirm that works?

Does ordering online directly avoid the ridiculous $35 charge?
You pay $35 no matter where you order from except Costco.

The trade-in device that I sent 10 days ago wasn't processed at all whereas the one that I sent 6 days back was already processed and got an email this morning stating this:

We reviewed your Samsung SM-N920T Galaxy Note 5 32GB Gold - T-Mobile with serial number xxx and have applied a device trade-in credit to your Equipment Installment Plan.

I guess T-Mobile works on a LIFO mode? lol
The first phone I sent back was delivered to them on July 21st, I just got a text this morning, Aug 2nd, saying it was received and processed and that bill credits will be applied. I think they are just ripping open whatever packages are sitting in a bin.

All of mine were delivered on the 24th and I got text messages this morning stating not receiving them and, if they did not by the 17th, I would lose my promo credits. Good thing for carrier tracking.

yes. I gave them a phone that cant power on. As long you give them something looks like a phone is ok.

Mines was also delivered on the 24th and nothing so far. You can ignore the automated text messages.

This just means too many people are sending phones to tmobile and tmobile can't keep up. It'll take them longer to process them. There may be millions of these tradein phones sitting in texas waiting to be process.

I received an email from Motorola today notifying me of the promotion at T-Mobile. I think they are a little late with that notification. Been there...done that.

Not sure if this has been asked but just to be on the safe side, does the phone have to be unlocked for the P444? I know it states any condition, but I am getting info from a Costco T-mobile rep that it has to be unlocked.

I got one of those text messages as well. They sent me like 4 messages back to back. Received, not received, processed and bill credits applied. My T-Mobile account does reflect that the device was turned in so I'm not worried

The reps I dealt with didn't even look into unlock status. T-Mobiles site has updated the description to say any phone any condition even broken

So through T-Mob, you have to pay $35 plus sales tax on full price of $500? But at Costco, it's only sales on $500 plus you get $75 upgraded line. It might be worth going to Costco then right?
