They are all 25% off with S&S. The 90 serving is twice the price so better deal on the 90. Some of the flavors in 90 are $49 before discount. op is $20 before discount but it is only 30 servings. I have had mango madness and blood orange. Blood orange is my favorite. Trying lemon lime this time since it's one of the $49 flavors.

i swear by xtend's natural zero.

the only intra workout that doesn't upset my stomach. my gains have increased greatly. definitely doesn't taste as good though.

this product would upset my stomach. if you're sensitive to artificial sweeteners, this will mess with you.

What I should have said is: Adding extra BCAAs are not necessary and is just a supplement selling tactic. There is enough overwhelming evidence that if you get enough high quality protein, adding BCAAs on top of that just doesn't do anything. Adding BCAA's can be useful if you're a vegan and you can't get enough protein though.

I'm not really in the market for a post-workout supplement, but I've tried Xtend's post-workout powder after learning about it here on SD. It has since become one of my favorite brands. If I needed this type of product, I wouldn't hesitate trying one from Xtend, especially at this price.

Tempted to get 90 servings but I don't want to commit to the flavor for 90.servings if I don't like. I've tried different flavored bcaas, across different brands, but always find that they are too sweet. Never tried this brand. Hopefully it's not too sweet. My muscles thank you OP.

took a gamble and went for the 90 servings myself. if I dont like the taste, I will endure 90 servings for the deal lol ! feels bad if use on 30 servings... and seems reviews approves this flavor.

Just eat some meat..... and avoid the sucralose, dyes, etc......this stuff is dumb. . . Don't hate me. I used to drink this like 10 years ago. Most the flavors are really good.

Ive tried probably 5 or 6 diff flavors of this brand, they all tasted pretty good. Blue raspberry...can never go wrong, at least for me. Waaay better than the myprotein bcaa brand
