Saw this on Acer Official Recertified store just now. They have the Recertified Acer Nitro 5 15.6" Laptop (Model: AN515-45-R6XD) on sale for $599.99. As of now, I am only able to find a 5% off coupon (by signing up for their email subscription), which brings the price down to $569.99+tax with free S/H.
The specs seems pretty nice for a $570 laptop. It comes with a Ryzen 5 5600H, a RTX 3060, and a IPS screen. (Ram and SSD are probably upgradable but I will look into it in a bit)
Update: Based on this website:

The 3060 is at 95W.
This was available as new for only $50 more (neglecting the 5% discount) a couple of months ago: https://slickdeals.net/f/16214851-acer-nitro-5-laptop-ryzen-5-5600h-15-6-144hz-8gb-ddr4-512gb-ssd-rtx-3060-649-free-shipping?attrsr
This was also available for $599 for new at Walmart around 8 months ago: https://slickdeals.net/f/16125265-acer-nitro-5-15-6-fhd-ips-144hz-ryzen-5-5600h-rtx-3060-8gb-ddr4-512gb-ssd-599?src=SiteSea
Had this been a new condition, or came with 16GB RAM, this would've been the slickest of deals. Still an alright one, I'd say.
definitely can upgrade the ram, would definitely get at least 16GB or 32GB
and upgrade the m.2 SSD to at least 1-2TB or even 4TB now that the prices are going down fast
and probably install Win10 Pro instead of the crappy Win11 Home

Well if it comes pre installed with 11 there's really no way to go back to 10 at that point. But you can go on one of those grey market websites and get a win10 key pretty cheap. And use a usb creation tool for windows 10 and do a fresh install with it. And at that point might as well get a pro license. Way better than home.
That's pretty nice considering some low end laptops only give you 1 m.2 and if you want a ton of storage, single sides M.2 top off at 2TB.

But I do not have to buy any Windows licenses, I pay for MSDN since I consult and have unlimited access to all Microsoft software licenses. But you are right, it think you can get a Win10 Pro license for dirt cheap on those CD key or software license selling sites for about $5-10.
Anyway, Windows 10 Pro is solid, fast, and stable for everything I do (especially my work and gaming). Windows 11 literally has no benefits over 10 other than forcing the janky UI on you. And Windows 12 is slated to come out next year anyway since Win 11 is meh.
The pendulum of choosing good versions of Windows continues (for those that know):
Win95a (bad/buggy) > Win95b/c (great) > Win98 (bad/buggy) > Win98 Second Edition (good) > WinME/millennium (bad) > WinXP (amazing) > Win Vista (meh) > Win7 (amazing) > Win8 (meh) > Win10 (amazing) > Win11 (meh) > Win12 coming in 2024 (hopefully great)
The rule of Windows for about 30 years now, always skip one version.
