I've been in the market for a 65'' TV, since my kid broke my 55'' Samsung a few weeks ago.

Prime Day deals were disappointing, but I came across this deal at my local Best Buy.

I'm no expert deal finder, as my normal Slickdeals use is letting you all do the hunting for me! However, I figured I'd share what I thought was a good deal.

Can Open box be added to the title. or add the new price as well...this is pretty misleading

Just fyi for BB open box TVs - if you are patient and diligent you can find an open box TV for 50-60% off or more. I have a 55" Sony that was $799 new and I got it for under $300. Helped a buddy get a 65" that was $1200 on the floor marked down to $529 open-box and then we got the manager to take off another $40. That one didn't come with a remote though.

Point is, there are great deal to be had in the open box department. Unfortunately I would say this probably isn't the slickest of deals, but thanks for starting a conversation about how you can still save money!

Alert! This should be take off the page. $389 is a open box, and it's a open box in really bad condition as Bestbuy noted this TV is 1. Significant cosmetic signs of use (include large dent / scratch), 2. Vital accessories may be missing.

the title is misleading. Majority of people associate 'brand-new' condition with the price in the title. OP's title should state: OPEN-BOX 398

We are not looking at the same TV. Mine is in Excellent condition. Zip is 43016.
I assumed all Best Buy's had the same "Excellent" condition deal.
