With the bosch unit, the indoor unit drip pan had a crack and they wouldnt even hear my request to escalate it to tech support because a licensed hvac tech didnt install it.
I recently installed 18k for a 500 SQ ft living room with 15 ft ceilings and it's far more than enough even when 95F.
18k won't dehumidify such a small space.

22000 BTU 21 SEER2 208-230V Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heater - Costway [costway.com]
The above 22000btu 21 seer2 unit states the minimum operating temp as 14F. That's not very low for a 21seer2 unit. Is it a typo? Do they mean -14F? IDK
Plus, with an inverter, it will adjust the speed of the fan for the needs of the space and all is good.
