Dollar Tree has it for $1.25 each so this is good deal. I share it with my dogs. I guess you can share it with your cats too. They like it.

Edit: Feed your pets only with sardines in water and not with other flavored sardines.

Same question. I eat sardines weekly for the protein, all of them are usually 20+ grams per container.
