From SoFi and Marcus, it takes about a day or two but the availability may be a week. The transfers show up in the UFB account pretty fast and start earning interest at that point. I just can't transfer it out immediately until it has "settled."

It would be great if they have updated this. I started my account in February and back then I started a spreadsheet logging 6 weeks worth of the interest accrual daily. Seriously every day. I discovered that pending transfers don't accrue interest and they would take the full 5-7 days to clear from initiating. Also that they were lump paying out the additional Sat & Sun weekend days before the weekend, which was nice. I would hope enough people complained about the slow transfers that they made some updates to this. This was my experiences anyway.
Hence, there's no difference between UFB and any other major banks.
Note: I have the Priority SAVINGS account... perhaps it's different for Money Market accounts. It's possible.
Only thing they are good at is placing ads on the internet for their affiliates like UFB direct.
I def don't think their customer service is bad. I called axos bank customer service and had an American agent on the phone in 2 mins to speak to Mr about my account.
Having said that this is obviously a horrible return. I was getting 4.9 APR. Imagine letting someone hold $1000 for a year and getting back $49 of interest lol but somehow people rush to do this.
