For what it is worth I received a mattress that was slightly defective in the bottom corner. Messaged woot and within three emails (one of my pictures) they issued a full refund and said they would never except their customers to be able to fold up a mattress to return it. Extremely painless and the mattress has been very nice. At $300 I would still be more than satisfied

Read comments on previous deal..seems like many are defective and do NOT unravel nicely.

Get ready for roulette and haggling for a refund. Bright side is you keep the mattress, but I wouldn't even want a FREE mattress that is literally lumpy or few inches lower on half.

If you want to have fun with woot, ups, Nectar, then give it a try and you might get a winner

Seems like a good deal; last time I purchased a Zinus memory foam mattress which upon opening the package did not restore to its original size especially the corners as they are rolled in using high pressure and sealed for shipping. I ended up receiving 2 as a replacement and Zinus asked me to dump the first one which was still okay for the most part except for the corners. I still use both of them even after 5 years.

I like it. It's kind of a medium firmness, not too squishy or firm. I like it because my wife and I sleep in different positions so this is a good middle ground. I've had this same mattress for probably 7 years and we love it.

I think the reviews says low firm. Not super firm. But slightly above avg. everyone feels it differently.

I order it. Missed it last time, replacing a 15 year old foam. Some people does say they don't like it. But for me. It's good stop gap if I don't like it

I got the OG one, when they first came out. Still using it in extra room. After 4+ years, it has maybe a slight sag on a small portion of mattress. Just rotated it and been well since. I will say, that maybe the first week. Took adjusting, when I was almost falling into it lol. I only weighed like 190 and had ample space at 6ft. So I mean for $299 it's a "good deal".

Based on the construction of the mattress, if I get stuck with one with defective edges, do you think I'd be able to cut it down to size to make it a queen or full? I just have zero need for an extra king mattress, especially one with defects.
