I haven't received it but I never got the claim email for my old account either. Just an email about a survey.

But the coupon honestly is trash for the most part. Just about the whole site is on codes for discounts which make the 25$ off ineligible, and paying full price minus the 25$ off is sometimes even more expensive. If there is sometimes a deal, it is online only with 9$ shipping.
I did get a pillow and a twin sheet set for .21 cents though
