The CU7000 competes with TCL S455, Vizio V5. TCL 4 is around $540 for a 75" set.

The CU8000 has wide color gamut, but no local dimming. The closest competitor is Insignia F50 and Vizio MQ6.

I tend to hear bad things about Samsung reliability on their low budget sets, but I have no conclusive evidence.

Yes I am currently using the 58" with game pass and works very well (with very minimal latency). It also supports Gforce now and a few other cloud gaming services I have not used.
