There are a lot of digital copy sites out there.
Almost all of them have a "bargain bin" with rotating selection of cheap movies available. frequently the selection is older/less popular- this sale seems to be a step above the norm.
Almost all are reputable enough to always deliver valid codes.
there are some aggregator sites that search multiple sellers. UV Spider for example (I'm not affiliated).
As for legality question soneone posed above-
I think selling the digital copy separately is technically against the terms of service? Not sure that would rise to "illegal" though.
Probably morally a step above the abused Volume License posts for cheap MS Office/Windows. just lower affiliate kickbacks, so these type of posts rarely get equally hyped 😆
my only concern would be getting your account (at Vudu/Apple/Google/whatever retailer) flagged/suspended, but I have never heard of this happening.

Anything $2 or over that's MA can just be had via D2D on Vudu at least. Nothing really stood out here for me as a steal and being HDX only killed my interest.

Heads up, I bought 3 movies and none of the codes worked. I tried to redeem them in iTunes, movies anywhere and Vudú and none of them worked. For one of the Fox movie I was able to go to their site and it told me it had already been redeemed on the 16th of July six days before my purchase! Sent them a email for refund or replacement codes. See what happens.

It does ask you for your phone number so there's that. Easy to deal with
