Seems good. I paid 120+ for a flybird bench last year and it doesn't have the thing for preacher curl or place to add weight for leg workouts.

I think this set is infinitely more useful for a beginner. I am only bench pressing 50. I'll never outgrow it.

Not to mention this one includes a squat rack

Looks like a great starter set and more . I'm a casual lifter and I'd be fine with this if I didn't already have a bench and rack.

I ordered this and it was supposed to be delivered today

"Delivery exception. Damaged, handling per shipper instructions. - 11:05 am".. so that's just great.. Does anyone have experience with walmart on what they do on this?

I got this yesterday and opened the box.. The manual says the weigh limit of the chair is only 250 lbs and the rack is only 600lbs so the description on the website is completely wrong.
